I made a solution of crystal violet (gentian violet) in a glass container and it doesn't wash off. What can I use to clean it? If you have safe suggestions (not strong acids or something like that), it would be better. Thanks.
How do I clean crystal violet from a beaker?
Splash some acetone in.
Basically you need to workout what it's soluable in and use that solvent.
