To prevent - get at least 8 - 10 hours of sleep at least 5 times a week


drink 8 - 10 8oz. glasses of water a day


wear no make-up 1-2 days a week and wash make-up off as


soon as possible when you can


use an eye gel like the one from oil of olay





To get rid of? Impossible. To minimize:





Put hemorrhoid creme on about 30 minutes before make-up


use a yellow or light colored concealer under foundation


don't use blues, purples or greys or dark colors in eye make-up because those colors accentuate the bags and circles

Reply:hi i suffer from them as well.....BEST thing is to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and GET PROPER SLEEP!....but for me some of that is next to impossible, and i am meaning to try a new product i have heard of Hylexin...but it is pretty expensive and i need to hear some feedback b4 i spend that kind of $....

Reply:I was told there is a type of cream you can get that contains mostly vitamin K , I don't know the name of it though. Hope that helps
