~ They would go very well with a vanilla rum or vanilla brandy. Violets have a very delicate flavor and you don't want to overpower that with a heavy flavor. A white chocolate mousse with a vanilla rum would be fantastic with violets.
What alcohol goes well with violet? Something I could put in gelatin mousse?
What about Drambuie? (Scottish liqueur made by fermenting honey)? That sounds perfect.
