what kind of lovebird is it?
I have a lovebird slate colored with violet on wings and tail and a cream color under chin?
It's more than likely a peachface, the color mutation is possibly a whitefaced violet, with the discription you gave. If you post pictures I'm sure someone could tell you for sure.
