Anyone have experience with bleaching deep stains from wood with UV lighting? Seems to me that this would work. I have laminated wood floors that were exposed to moisture from below due to a one time situation. The spot is darker than the rest of the floor but there is no damage to the wood itself or the finish.
I would like to try to use a UV light to fade the stain but I'm not sure what spectrum I should be using.
Ultra violet lamps for bleaching?

Interesting. I was thinking the same thing.
ReplyDeleteWe bought oxaylic acid but would much prefer to use light than chemicals.
