If ozone is created with ultra violet lights does that mean it keeps building itself?

If "ozone is created when ultraviolet radiation (sunlight) strikes the stratosphere, splitting oxygen molecules (O2) to atomic oxygen (O) then atomic oxygen quickly combines with further oxygen molecules to form ozone" doesn't that mean that it should be constantly building up in the stratosphere?

If ozone is created with ultra violet lights does that mean it keeps building itself?
Yes, ozone is constantly being created and destroyed and recreated by UV light in the upper atmosphere. The destruction of ozone is what absorbs the harmful UV rays that the ozone layer protects us against, so as long as there is elemental oxygen in the atmosphere, the ozone will always be created and destroyed as the sun rays hit it.

ITS A REVERSIBLE REACTION AND HAPPENS VERY FAST THATS WHY O2 DOESNOT ENTER THE ATMOSPHERE BUT CFC'S EMMITED FRM A.C. E.TC. STOPS THIS PROCESS BY REACTING WITH OXYZEN AND FORMING CARBONDI OXIDE CREATING OZONE HOLES
